Your purchase will arrive in our beautiful, signature Olive & Chain packaging.
Olive & Chain charges a sales tax on all orders shipped within New York state.
We gladly accept custom orders. Please email your questions or requests to orders@oliveandchain.com. We will do our best to accommodate. All custom orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has started. Please contact us at orders@oliveandchain.com to request an order cancellation.
Items shipped within the U.S. may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and unaltered with the original tags still attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please email orders@oliveandchain.com to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your name, address, order number, and reason for return or exchange in your email. If your return is approved, you will receive an email notification with details. Once your item is received by Olive & Chain and your return has been processed (usually 5-7 days), you will be refunded the purchase price of your order, minus the cost of return shipping and insurance.
Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours after ordering. Sold out or backorder items usually ship in 4-6 weeks. You will be contacted with an estimated delivery date after placing your order.
Yes, you will receive an order status update including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking details. If you have not received any emails after ordering, please check your spam/junk email folders.
Enjoy free shipping for all U.S. orders. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on undeliverable packages.
To ensure the security of your fine jewelry purchase, all Olive & Chain packages require a signature upon delivery. We cannot deliver to PO boxes for this reason.
Yes, we will gladly ship your purchase outside of the U.S. Please email info@oliveandchain.com for non-U.S. shipping rates. Please note that we do not accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the U.S.
Jewelry Care & Repair
You can enjoy your Olive & Chain fine jewelry for years and years if cared for properly. We recommend the following to keep pieces looking their best:
- Remove all jewelry before washing or applying products like perfume or lotion.
- Avoid contact with household detergents.
- Keep your jewelry away from sources of intense heat such as tanning beds, hot tubs, etc.
- Avoid wearing jewelry in active situations like swimming, working out at the gym, or during sports activities.
While we care deeply about quality and craftsmanship, fine jewelry, by nature, is delicate. If you need your Olive & Chain piece repaired, please email info@oliveandchain.com. Provide your name, address, order number, and repair issue. You will receive further details, including a repair confirmation and authorization number. Olive & Chain will repair any manufacturer defects within 1 year of purchase at no charge to you. Repairs caused by customer mishandling or any repairs needed after 1 year of purchase will be completed at the customer’s expense.
